Our Returns Policy
We want you to love every ELAHAH piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at elahahcustomerenquiries@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size where stock is available. Please contact us at elahahcustomerenquiries@outlook.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: swimwear, lingerie, and pierced jewellery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
